DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If you purchased UNRL Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, please reach out to the Corso Customer Service for assistance replacing your order or email at SUPPORT@CORSO.COM.

Please note, opting out of UNRL Shipping Protection means UNRL is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped out from our facility. 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Changes to your order must be requested through our contact form. We will do our best to catch your request before it has been shipped, though we cannot guarantee this.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. If you are having troubles with checkout, please send us a message and we will give you a hand.

 

HOW DO PROMO CODES WORK?

Enter the coupon code on our website at the checkout page when prompted. Only one discount code may be used per order. Save the others for future use. 

  

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items to your order.

 

CART PROTECTION

We do not offer cart protection and your item is not guaranteed until your order has been placed. During limited edition releases, we highly encourage customers to check out as quickly as possible to avoid an item to be sold out your order has been placed.

 

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Discounts from a site wide sales only apply during the duration of sale. Orders placed before or after a sale will not be eligible for the deal. Exclusions: Limited Edition collaborations and charitable collections may not qualify for site wide discounts. Minnesota Vikings is not eligible for discounts or promotions. 

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will ship out 2-3 business days after it has been placed. Please allow additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

We kindly ask for 3-5 business days for made-to-order items to be produced in our shop. Made-to-order items are embroidered/printed in our shop and will need additional time to be processed. This includes Row the Boat, 1980 Miracle and ETS Performance, Adam Thielen Signature Collection, and other co-branded collaborations. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

UNRL does ship internationally! The carrier will provide updated tracking information once the package leaves United States borders. Tracking will display a notification once the package has been delivered. If your package doesn't arrive within 10-12 days we recommend that you contact the carrier in your country for more information. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. 
*International orders do not quality for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

WHERE DOES UNRL SHIP FROM?

All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IS IT FREE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes! All returns and exchanges are free on U.S. orders. 

International orders do not quality for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

WHICH IS FASTER, AN EXCHANGE OR PLACING A NEW ORDER?

If you are looking to get your gear sooner, we recommend requesting a return for a refund and placing a new order. This helps save time on shipping, as exchanges cannot be processed until they are received in our warehouse facility.

 

CAN I INCLUDE MULTIPLE ORDERS WITHIN THE SAME PACKAGE?

Please only include items that have been approved in your request. Your prepaid return label is weighed out to cover the garments request. Adding other items can cause additional postage and large delays in shipping. UNRL is not responsible for additional items that have not been approved.

  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY? 

 

30 DAY FREE RETURNS 

All returns must be submitted within 30 days from your order delivery date. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return. If we receive garments that are clearly worn with stains or without a tag, we will decline your return and ship back your order. *Please note, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. *International orders do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit. 

 

45 DAY FREE EXCHANGES

Exchange your item for a different size, color, or store credit within 45 days of your original purchase date. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. If we receive garments that are clearly worn with stains or without a tag, we will decline your exchange and ship back your order.  *Please note, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. *International orders do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit. 

 

MY ORDER IS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to approve or accept items outside of this policy. If items are sent back that are not approved, UNRL is not responsible or liable for these items.

 

I LOST MY ORDER NUMBER

Your order number is in the confirmation email sent to you upon completing your purchase. If you no longer have that email, reach out to help@unrlco.com and we will be glad to help you out!

 

I GOT THIS AS A GIFT, HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Items that are gifted can be returned for store-credit. You can initiate a gift return here. (See "Start a gift return" below)

 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the request is processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days once the item is received at our warehouse facility to process your request.

WILL MY PAST PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS MY LEGACY REWARDS POINTS AND TIER?

You can start earning points on eligible purchases beginning 11/12/20. Purchases prior to that date do not count towards your account.

 

WHAT DO I GET FOR JOINING?

Sign up and you will receive 50 points on top of tons of other perks as you earn.

 

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME SPEND" MEAN?

Your lifetime spend is the total amount of money you’ve spent with UNRL, subtracting any discounts or refunds. Your holiday shopping will pay off each year as you level up to the next tiers.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

Points will be awarded into your My Account page immediately after your purchase.

 

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I REDEEM REWARDS FOR?

Point redemption cannot be applied to any non-charitable or limited edition items. Meaning collections such as Row The Boat, Minnesota Vikings or #GIVE16 are not available for reward redemptions. You can still earn full points for purchasing charitable collection items. Your points will be awarded to you immediately after your purchase. Please note: Purchases made online at UNRL.co only qualify to receive points and rewards. Purchases made through other retailers outside of our online store are not eligible to receive points and rewards. 

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?

In cart, you will see a Rewards box where you can choose to apply your Reward towards your purchase.

BEHIND THE COLLABORATION

The Hometown Collection launched its first collection at the beginning of the 2021 season, after the NFL opened up a limited licensed program for teams. The Hometown Collection, Vol. 2, marks the second season that UNRL and the Vikings have teamed up to release exclusive gear for our fans.

 

ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK?

These sweatshirts are first come first serve. As this is a limited release, once they're gone, they are gone!

 

I HAD AN ITEM IN MY CART AND IT SOLD OUR WHEN CHECKING OUT - WHY?

Your item(s) are not guaranteed until your order has been placed. During limited edition releases, we highly encourage customers to check out as quickly as possible to avoid an item to be sold out before you place your order.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY THIS HOODIE IN PERSON?

U.S. Bank Stadium will offer limited inventory on game day after each release. Check out our release schedule to see when the next drop in the Stadium is. Doors open 2-hours before kickoff (tickets are required to enter the Viking Locker Room Store). No ticket? No problem, limited quantities will also be available in the Team Store on U.S. Bank Stadium Plaza prior to gates opening.

 

TIPS ON GETTING A HOODIE

We highly recommend getting to our site early and signing into your account. Apple Pay has typically been the fastest method to checkout. (Please remember to update your shipping address if you recently moved!) As there is a high-volume of customer pressing "buy now" at the same time, your order is not guaranteed until you receive an order confirmation. If you miss out on a release, there will be available inventory at U.S. Bank Stadium on game day after each release.

 

ORDER QUE / LONG PROCESSING TIME

As there are a high-volume of customers pressing "buy now" at once, your order is not guaranteed until you receive an order confirmation. A spinning wheel or order que/waiting line may mean that our system is searching for inventory to confirm your order, which means it already sold out.

 

INVENTORY ALLOTMENT

As these are limited releases, we do not have enough inventory for everyone. Our team works diligently to find the balance between collectibility and accessibility. Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to secure one but there will be 6 chances to get one from the collection!

 

DISCOUNT / REWARDS 

Due to our partnership with the NFL and Minnesota Vikings, this collection is not eligible for discount or use of reward redemptions. You can still earn points on your purchase (only available on UNRL.co).

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All items in the Hometown Collection are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
