CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We do not offer orders over the phone at this time. Please reach out to help@unrlco.com if you have any questions or run into any issues when placing an online order. We would be happy to assist. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. If you are having troubles with checkout, please contact help@unrlco.com and we will give you a hand.
HOW DO PROMO CODES WORK?
Enter the coupon code on our website at the checkout page when prompted. Only one discount code may be used per order. Save the others for future use. During site-wide sales, discount codes are inactive until the sale ends.
HOW CAN I NOTIFIED WHEN AN ITEM IS BACK IN STOCK?

If you would like to be notified of the restock, go to the specific garment and size you would like to purchase. Once you choose your size and color, click the button that says “Notify When Available” to be emailed as soon as the garment is available for purchase.

 

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add on items to your order.

 

  

SHIPPING & TRACKING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We kindly ask for you to allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. *Please note, USPS and UPS are experiencing shipping delays and your order may take more time to deliver. Please refer to the tracking number on your shipment confirmation. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

UNRL ships internationally through the United States Post Office (USPS) international shipping system. USPS tracking information for international shipments is only available until the package leaves United States borders. However, USPS tracking will display a notification once the package has been delivered. If your package doesn't arrive within 10-12 days we recommend that you contact the postal service in your country for more information.
*If you place an order, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges which are due at the time of delivery.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

UNRL is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. By accepting our Terms of Service you hereby agree to indemnify and hold UNRL harmless from any lost or stolen claims. Once the package enters the hands of the courier our control over that package is limited. However, in the event of a lost or stolen package we will work with you and put forth our best effort to help track down your package.

 

I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

We are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment, as all orders are processed at the time of purchase. We recommend that you cancel your current orders and replace them as one. Before you cancel your order, you must consider the availability of the ordered items.

All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

HOW DO I JOIN LEGACY REWARDS?

 Sign up here and start leaving your legacy. You will instantly receive points for joining. Plus, it’s completely free! 

 

WILL MY PAST PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS MY LEGACY REWARDS POINTS AND TIER?

You can start earning points on eligible purchases beginning 11/12/20. Purchases prior to that date do not count towards your account.

 

WHAT DO I GET FOR JOINING?

Sign up and you will receive 50 points on top of tons of other perks as you earn.

 

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME SPEND" MEAN?

    Your lifetime spend is the total amount of money you’ve spent with UNRL, subtracting any discounts or refunds. Your holiday shopping will pay off each year as you level up to the next tiers.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

    Points will be awarded into your My Account page immediately after your purchase.

     

    WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I REDEEM REWARDS FOR?

      Points can be applied to any non-charitable item. Meaning collections such as Row The Boat, or #GIVE16 are not available for reward redemptions. You can still earn full points for purchasing charitable collection items. Your points will be awarded to you immediately after your purchase.

      HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?

      In cart, you will see a Rewards box where you can choose to apply your Reward towards your purchase.

       

       

      WILL MY PAST PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS MY LEGACY REWARDS STATUS?

       Anyone that signs up for Legacy Rewards will start at Level 1 (Bronze) status. Remember to sign into your account when making purchases to count your purchases and level up to the next Tier.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

       

       

      IS IT FREE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

      Yes, all returns and exchanges are free. Please click here to make a return request.

       

      WHICH IS FASTER, AN EXCHANGE OR PLACING A NEW ORDER

      If you are looking to get your gear ASAP, we recommend requesting a return for a refund and placing a new order. This helps save time on shipping, as exchanges cannot be processed until they are received by UNRL.

       

      IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, IS IT GUARANTEED I WILL GET THE NEW GARMENT REQUESTED? 

      Exchanges cannot be processed until received. There is a possibility the new item you are looking for will run out of stock. If this is a concern, we recommend requesting a return for a refund and placing a new order.

       

      CAN I INCLUDE MULTIPLE ORDERS IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

      Please only include items that have been approved in your request. Your prepaid return label is weighed out to cover the garments request. Adding other items can cause additional postage and large delays in shipping. UNRL is not responsible for additional items that have not been approved.

       

      MY ORDER IS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

      We are unable to approve or accept items outside of this policy. If items are sent back that are not approved, UNRL is not responsible or liable for these items.

       

      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

      Due to longer than usual shipping times with USPS and UPS, we are extending full refunds submitted within 45 days of your original purchase date and 60 days for exchanges. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return. If we receive garments that are clearly worn with stains or without a tag, we will decline your return and ship back your order.

      Your order number is in the confirmation email sent to you upon completing your purchase. If you no longer have that email, reach out to help@unrlco.com and we will be glad to help you out!

       

      I GOT THIS AS A GIFT, HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

      Items that are gifted can be returned for a gift card! Please reach out to help@unrlco.com for further assistance with a gift return.
