  • DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

    Yes we do. All of our garments are made with premium materials, which means you need to carefully wash them to maintain the integrity of the garment. For most garments we recommend machine wash cold with like colors on a delicate cycle. Then, tumble dry on a low heat delicate cycle or hang dry for best results. Washing instructions vary depending on the garment and fabrics. To find wash instructions, head over to the Shop page and find the product you purchased. Within the details section, click on the Care tab to view all care instructions.

  • HOW DO YOUR SIZES WORK?

    Sizing will slightly vary depending on the product you purchased. To find sizing for a specific product, click on that product's page within the Shop of our website. In the details section, click on the Fit and Sizing tabs to learn more about the measurements of that particular product.

  • WHAT DOES "UNISEX SIZE" MEAN?

    Unisex means we made this product to fit, and look great, on both men and women. 

  • WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU USE?

    We are huge sticklers about fabric. If it's not the best of it's kind, we don't use it. Plain and simple. All of our premium fabrics are hand-selected to provide the best fit and feel for each type of garment we produce.   • How do I get free shipping?

    Just sign up for our newsletter and we’ll send you a code for free shipping right away! 

  • How long does it take to receive an order after it’s been placed?

    Once your order has been placed, it typically arrives in one week or less.

  • Do you ship to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes?

    Yes -- we ship to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes on the regular, it’s not a problem for us. 

  • Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

    Nope -- we trust the postal service to make the drop at the right place. If there’s an issue, simply just let us know. You can reach our team directly at 1-844-651-UNRL. 

  • Do you offer shipping outside of the US?

    Absolutely --- it’s just a little bit more expensive, but nothing too crazy. 

  • Can I return or exchange something if I don't like it?

    Yes, of course you can. We want to make sure your buying experience with UNRL is easy and risk free. If you don't like it, send it back within 14 days and we will give you a full refund.

  • I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item. What do I do?

    Follow our customer-friendly return process and we promise to make it right for you. 

  • How can I return an item purchased with a Gift Card?

    Just as you would if it were purchased with a card, simply follow our easy to use return process and we’ll be sure to take care of you. 

  • How do I see the status of my order?

    Once your order has been placed, we’ll send a confirmation email. Once the order has shipped from our St. Paul, MN warehouse we’ll send you another email with the tracking info so you watch it all the way to your front door. 

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Not on clothing, but on certain accessories we do. 

  • How do I know if placing an order online is secure?

    You have our word. We’ve proudly served thousands of customers with no issues.  

  • How can I make changes to my order?

    Once an order is placed, the only way to change it is to get in contact with us directly. If you need to make a change, just send us a quick email at help@unrlco.com and we'll take care of it for you.

  • I just received a Promo Code. Can I apply it to an order I placed last week?

    Promo codes can only be used on new orders, you may not apply a discount code to a previous order. 

  • Do you sell gift certificates?

    Yes we do! Search ‘gift cards’ on the search tab on the website and we’ll take you right there. 

  • Can I use my E-Gift Card in a retail store?

    Only in our UNRL showroom if we happen to be open, otherwise no retail stores can accept gift cards to UNRL. 

  • How do I find out the balance of my Gift Card?

    If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, contact us at help@unrlco.com and we can look into it and get back to you. 

  • How do I redeem a promo code (online coupon)?

    Simply enter the coupon code on our website at the checkout page when prompted. 

  • Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

    Only one discount code may be used per order. Save the others for future use. 

  • What payment methods are accepted at UNRL?

    We accept all major credit cards including American Express. If you are having troubles with checkout, please contact our support team and we will give you a hand.

    Yes -- custom apparel is basically our middle name. We specialize in customizing our apparel for your needs. 

  • How long does it take to get customized apparel?

    Timeline will always depend on the order and products selected. Some orders may be delivered in less than one week. Our signature SilkSeries products are delivered in 30 days on average. 

  • How do I place a custom order for my team?

    You can begin the process by visiting our Team Portal. Here you can submit your team details and work with one of our designers to create a custom catalog for your organization.
